Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over €70 within Ireland. For orders under €70, a standard delivery fee of €5 will be applied. Our goal is to provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email letting you know your items are on the way.

Delivery Times

Delivery times typically range from 3-5 business days depending on your location within Ireland. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We aim to provide you with accurate delivery updates and will keep you informed if any delays arise.

Returns and Exchanges

At Morans Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To ensure the return process is quick and smooth, please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original unworn condition, with all original labels attached, and in the original packaging.

If the product you are returning is an exchange, please ensure you specify the product you wish to receive in exchange for the original item. We are happy to assist with exchanges based on product availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we deeply apologise for the inconvenience. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue quickly. You can contact us via phone or through our website’s contact form.

We will gladly accept returns on faulty goods and will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please ensure that the faulty item(s) are returned to Morans Menswear at the address provided on our Contact Us page. In case the fault is not immediately obvious, we may require additional information or photographic evidence to assess the issue.

Important Conditions for Returns

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original labels still attached.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging or a similar protective package to prevent damage during transit.
  • Returns outside the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
  • Sale or promotional items are eligible for return or exchange only if stated in the terms of the promotion.
  • Personalised or custom items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.


Non-Returnable Items

For your safety and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, such as:

  • Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
